OPTIMA Personal Coaching is an advanced Coaching Module that includes one-on-one coaching, personalized exercises, Q&A and ongoing support using the OPTIMA Zones of Human Behavior & Peak Performance, technologies, and processes. 

When combined with one or more OPTIMA Program Modules, the effectiveness is quadrupled.

One Coaching Module includes 10 hours of One-on-one, phone, video, text, and email support.

• Premier Service includes one Module of 10 hours.
• Silver Service includes two Modules of 21 hours.
• Gold Service includes four Modules of 43 hours.
